Family Night!

Family Night!

Hey Guys! It’s Will and this is my first HDAH blogspot! For this HDAH I decided to go with something simple as usual, but make it look complex.  So for this recipe, I decided to go with a pan-seared salmon with string beans and shelled mac and cheese! I find this recipe pretty unique because each item that’s on the plate was decided by each sibling of mine. I chose the salmon, my sister made  the string bean ,and my brother made  the mac & cheese.

I enjoy making fish because  it’s the one thing that I cannot mess up in the kitchen. I like seasoning my fish with Salt, Pepper, Cannayne Pepper, Red pepper flakes, Paprika, Lemon Pepper, and Onion, and Garlic salt. A  fun fact about Salmon is that it’s really high in Vitamin D and is also rich in long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure and decrease risk factors for disease.

End results were  perfect, my siblings believed  that everything on the plate was amazing and couldn’t decide which one was the best. Everything was perfect so that’s an A+ for me.  One thing that I enjoyed most while eating was the Mac & cheese because it was very savory and consistent.  Along with that, I love the flavor the seasoning gave to the salmon.
