The Rebel  Ventures crew traveled to Kennett Square, which is 31 miles outside of Philadelphia, to purchase Swarmbustin’ Honey.  Luke is the name of the local farmer that supplied us with the honey.  Surprisingly, the color, texture, aroma, and taste had changed due to seasonal conditions.  We initially made the bars with our original recipe, which contained 1.12lbs of honey per batch.
