13 Jul My Leadership Experience
Hi, my name is Tre’Cia and I have been working with Rebel Ventures for quite some time.
I am the leader of the crew.
My experience as a leader has been a very interesting, hardworking, and fun experience.
Being a leader at Rebel has taught me a lot.
It has helped me become more responsible and dedicated to my work.
Some of my duties as a leader are to lead weekly staff meetings, conduct the Rebel Review, keep everybody on task in the kitchen, make sure that my team members are upholding the value of teamwork, assign roles in the kitchen, and overall, embody what a true rebel should be – creative, hardworking, and dedicated.
The Rebel crew is very caring and will always lend a helping hand to each other.
I wouldn’t want it to be any other way.
