Even though I have only graduate not too long ago I have wanted to reflect on my time with Rebel Ventures and how I have grown with the team.When it’s my time to leave Rebel Venture and sadly the crew, I want to leave with a higher standard for myself, professionalism, & higher knowledge for myself. Working with Rebel has impacted me in a way that has left essentially a legacy on me. Being here has allowed me to work on my professionalism by being on time for schedule, working on my communication, and being able to speak up.

My time at Rebel has allowed not only myself but others of my crew to practice having high standards for ourselves which has been a struggle of mine.  Through this growth, it has made me understand that I deserve to think highly of myself and I should always set goals for myself. I’ve also known that I should always have a backup plan. My time here has allowed me to grow out of my shell into a more active person.

But as much as I have learned and taken things from Rebel. I want to leave Rebel with a legacy of being uplifted and pursuing a passion that people love. I want the bits I leave the crew to be about improving my knowledge and also trying out new talents while being out of my comfort zone. As much as Rebel has impacted me I hope to have the same impact on this Team.
