Amazing days at Clark Park

Amazing days at Clark Park

Not only do we just make Rebel Bars and sell them to vendors around Philly, we also sell our products at Clark Park Farmer’s Market every Thursday of the summer. This is a historical park located at 43rd and Chester. We sell our original Rebel Bars, along with plants grown by another UNI crew, and Seed Bombs. Our Seed Bombs attract a lot of questions because most people have never seen a Seed Bomb before. We tell them that a Seed Bomb is a handmade mixture of soil, water, seeds and clay that you can throw into a vacant lot or area to grow beautiful flowers and attract positive insects and bugs like butterflies. One of the great things about selling at Clark Park is getting to meet new people each week. A lot of new friends ask us for more information about our mission and are interested in working with us in the future. Over the past week, the crew has worked really hard to improve our market presence at Clark Park. We are excited about how our customers will respond to our new look at Clark Park today!

In Clark Park in West Philadelphia, a family event will serve as the mechanism that creates the first beer garden in the park’s history on May 18th. The event will be hosted by the Friends of Clark Park in observance of the conclusion of the City’s Love Your Park week.
