05 Jun Measuring Healthy Deliciousness
Our mission is to create healthy deliciousness with kids in schools and in our community. In order to know if we’re doing a good job accomplishing this mission, we need to figure out how to measure healthy deliciousness. Capturing data on healthy deliciousness helps us learn, grow, and improve.
All Rebel crewmembers are responsible for collecting information about the healthy deliciousness created in their department each week. During our weekly staff meeting, we each report out on this data and set goals for the following week.
This process of self-reflection and monitoring brings several benefits. First, the simple act of tracking our performance motivates positive behavior change. Each time we record a data point or review our goals, we remind ourselves of our commitment to create healthy deliciousness. This reminder helps reinforce our desire to exceed our goals. Small wins everyday and every week represent measurable progress towards accomplishing our goals, which is most motivating.
We break down the measures of healthy deliciousness into categories based on our departments
